On the side of JYJ, (Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochu, Kim Junsu) in response to internet media-entertainment group “D’s” release of an audio file recording JYJ’s fan-violence, they are now in the midst of preparing a lawsuit for defamation of character.
JYJ’s representatives on the 20th, “Nobody wishes for this to happen, solely JYJ members are receiving their attacks through malicious articles.” Furthermore, “because we will not stand for the continued defamation of character and malicious articles, we have decided to take legal action.”
JYJ’s legal representatives said, “Illegally disclosing voice files without verifying who exactly were the people directly involved is a direct violation of privacy and defamation of character.”
On the 20th, “D” company had once again disclosed an additional “fan-violence” attack audio file.
