JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu recently became neighbours at a luxurious residential complex.
Kim Junsu moved into ‘B’ residential complex at Seoul’s Samsung-dong last month and Kim Jaejoong will be moving in next month into the penthouse unit, which is currently awaiting the completion of interior renovations. With the residential complex already having singers such as Lee Hyori, Lee Seung Gi, Kim Yong Wan residing in it, it can be named as ‘City of Stars’.
The penthouse unit that Kim Jaejoong is moving into is of 297.5 square metre and includes a balcony; It is a high graded luxurious apartment with a price of 3 billion (KRW). An affiliate said, “It was bought with the earnings from JYJ’s activities. Kim Junsu was the first who bought and moved into the apartment and Jaejoong seems to be interested in this residential area as well. Therefore is the reason why the two of them are always being together. They would most likely be together more frequently after he (Jaejoong) moved in. This is the first time Jaejoong has bought an apartment under his name, thus he is very concerned with the interior design.” Additionally, member Park Yoochun stayed in a luxurious condominium in Gangnam-dong, Seoul.
