‘Is that Park Yoochun or Song Yoo Hyun?’
The first episode of MBC’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Miss Ripley’, Park Yoochun’s second drama as an actor, aired on the 30th. In this episode, which showed Song Yoo Hyun(Park Yoochun) flying in from Japan to live in Korea, Song Yoo Hyun’s charm seemed to match Park Yoochun’s actual characteristics, drawing the attention of many viewers.
At the airport, Song Yoo Hyun spots a small child nagging her mother to carry her. He picks the girl up as he steps in to help out. While carrying the girl to her destination with her in his arms, Song Yoo Hyun strikes up a conversation with her and smiles warmly at her, showing the ‘DdalBaBo’ side of himself. Park Yoochun is also known for his unforgettable fashion sense which as bestowed upon him nicknames such as ‘The King of Airport Fashion’. Song Yoo Hyun is seen wearing a hooded t-shirt, leather jacket and a backpack, and many viewers were seen commenting on the similarity between Song Yoo Hyun’s airport fashion and that of Park Yoochun.
He also succeeded in pulling at the heartstrings of female fans with his broad shoulders and innocent smile.
When the episode finished airing, netizens said, “Who’s Park Yoochun and who’s Song Yoo Hyun”, “The character fits Park Yoochun 100%” and “It’s fun to find such hidden charms in the drama.”
