The World of JYJ As Seen Through a Viewfinder?
JYJ, who have stepped into their mid-twenties now. They debuted when young and have basked in splendor but they have cried and laughed at the frustration that met them later on. The three men have now overcame everything and stood up to begin to again thrive.
“We want to share the daily life of JYJ.” Averages 600 persons daily.
The photos that have in them their lives and memories were displayed starting on the 12thin Insa Gallery located in Kwanhundong, Jongroku, Seoul. In the first level of the basement, the first floor, and the second floor, around 55 photographs were displayed. About 600 viewers visited the gallery daily in order to see JYJ.
In the photograph exhibition, befitting of the title “Mine,” not merely ordinary life but also even cats that are owned could be seen. The photo of Park Yoochun who had a playful smile like a mischievous boy and Kim Junsu who had a zoned-out expression were enough to capture the eyes of the fans. The set of the music video filming which were rendered in black and white was reminiscent of the film sets of the American westerns of the 1960’s. A photograph of the sky with the title of “clarity” seemed to be drawn in watercolor.
When peeking into the photographing skills of JYJ that contains “playing with light”
“We are one,” which is a close-up of hands that have produced rock, paper, and scissors, relays the three’s mind. Other than the photographs which JYJ members themselves took, there are photographs which were taken by the staff at the time of the world tour and Polaroid photos which were left while pulling off the schedule that allows the viewer to take a peek.
The place that had the most viewers was the first level of the basement, the video corner. The edited version of the DVD of the World Tour Concert that was held in November of 2011 in Jamshil Stadium and teaser videos for the new songs In Heaven and Get Outcould be seen.
Seems that the fans can meet the new album within the year.
Prain’s manager Lee Sangmi who is in charge of comprehensive communication of JYJ revleaed to OnMyNews on the 17th: “JYJ is planning to release a Korean-language album within this year.” She revealed that In Heaven and Get Out will be contained in this album. It is a new album in about a year, after their first and worldwide album of The Beginningwhich was released in October of 2010.
Park Yoochun is taking a rest after the end of MBC’s Miss Ripley. Kim Junsu who had performed in the musicals Tears of Heaven and Mozart participated recently in the OST of the SBS weekend drama Scent of a Woman. Lee Sangmi manager added: “As Kim Jaejoong is concentrating on the filming of the SBS Wed-Thursday drama Protect the Boss, wouldn’t the album be released around the drama finishes?”
JYJ’s photograph exhibition Mine will continue until the 21st.
