Hayato san wrote another blog entry after the incidents of today with Avex’s Matsuura and Chiba. The readers likely all remember that last September, Avex suddenly threw out JYJ and suspended their activities, citing involvement of C-JeS’s CEO Paek Changju’s involvement with the mafia (which was a lie, as is usual with Avex).
The below is Hayato-san’s blog entry, translated:
The Feelings/Opinions of the Fans are not One… This is Sad.
Do you remember?
The episode of the time when I met with those three on February 20.
I wrote that the three, they play with each other cutely and all tangled, as if they are puppies…
That episode… that was in the office of C-JeS, which also had CEO Paek, who is the Director.

I often receive this question from fans—whether they can trust me, Hayato-san.
I always answer like this:
There is no need to trust me, please trust the three of JYJ.
At the incident of last September (in which Avex threw out JYJ and suspended their activities citing Paek as the reason), CEO Paek is said to have said this:
“If only you three can become happy, it is fine for you to leave me.”

And who did JYJ choose?
The result is that which everyone already knows.
When you see this DVD, you will come to say “oh, it was indeed like this” and accept it.

[JYJ3 Note] The incident that Hayato-san speaks of –- that CEO Paek of C-JeS offered to leave JYJ for JYJ’s sake — is true. Please see the statement by JYJ’s attorneys here from September of last year, in which it is made clear that CEO Paek offered Avex that he would leave JYJ if that would make Avex change its mind about purposefully suspending JYJ. Avex refused of course, because it was a false lie and an excuse to begin with.
