JYJ (Jaejoong, Yuchun, Junsu) is standing tall as world stars.
Starting from the Bangkok, Thailand concert, JYJ’s world tour “JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011″ has been in progress. Their performances is attracting hot popularity everywhere they go. Although it’s a concert hall which normally seats more than 10,000 people, there are fans who are anxious because they couldn’t obtain tickets.
Currently, for reserving tickets, JYJ’s homepage is being operated on facebook. However, with foreign fans that were unsuccessful in finding tickets flooding questions about ticketing possibilities, the agency is facing a difficult situation. JYJ’s rep revealed, “foreign fans are asking questions about tickets not only through facebook, but by directly calling the agency. We’re very sorry that we couldn’t have all fans at the concert.”
There has been a total of 60,000 people who have seen JYJ’s performances in Asia alone. It’s estimated that with the North American concerts combined, the number of fans who have seen JYJ’s concert will exceed 100,000 people.
Kim Jaejoong, who is working as the overall director for this World Tour Concert left first on the 19th for the Taiwan concert, and Park Yuchun and Kim Junsu left for Taiwan on the 20th. Kim Jaejoong left first because he’s in charge of directing the stage. JYJ revealed their determination, stating “because it’s been a while since we’ve met fans in Asia, we tried our best in preparing for it. We will finish off [the Asia portion of the tour] at Beijing, China on May 7th and we are also trying our best for the North American performances.” Kim Jaejoong has picked “Creative Challenge” as the theme for this tour. He’s preparing a surprise event to repay the foreign fans’ support.
Meanwhile, JYJ will continue their concerts in North America. Starting the Vancouver performance on May 20th, they will have concerts on May 22nd in New Jersey, Los Angeles on 27th, and San Jose on June 3rd. Afterwards, JYJ will end their World Tour Concert by coming back to Korea.
