Park Chang Jong, a progressive politician and lawyer who works for human rights and minors in Korean society, tweeted about international fans' petition:
JYJ (Dong Bang Shin Ki). More than 86,000 foreign fans submitted a petition to the Fair Trade Commission requesting that [JYJ's] entertainment activity rights be guaranteed and respected. Even after the ruling that their entertainment contract is invalid, the fact that their media appearances keep getting canceled or blocked is tantamount to spitting on the law. Korean government and media outlets, uphold the rule of law!
