Group JYJ (Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu) are showing themselves as true Hallyu stars. JYJ, rather than just simply singing on stage, show a new face of Hallyu star by sharing their hardships and pains with their fans through the songs they sing. As well as JYJ’s successful world tour which began last April and took place in Asia, North America, and even Spain and Germany; the JYJ members have also received a lot of love from fans for being heavily involved in charity and donating. They have been appointed as United Nations UNAIDS ambassadors as well sent donations to the Japanese earthquakes, the Thailand floods, and other organizations. Also, JYJ have released albums and taken part in dramas and musicals, which keeps fans happy despite limited domestic broadcasting activities.
During the Thailand, Taiwan, Beijing, and other Asian shows over 43,000 people mobilized and similar success was announced for the Canadian and American shows as well. After that they preformed a charity concert in Japan before moving on to Busan, and Gwangju. The second round of Japanese concerts, which was held in the Ibaraki prefecture, had over 80,000 fans present over a two day period. From there they finished their tour holding solo concerts in Barcelona, Spain and Berlin, Germany, both of which were great successes.

The World Tour took place in 13 cities and brought in audiences of over 200,000 in total. The Asian leg of the tour was directed by JYJ member Kim Jaejoong himself.
