JYJ World Tour, Executive Director Kim Jaejoong: “Will Gift an Exhilarating Experience”
Group JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) have decided the directing concept of their ‘JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011’ which kicks off in coming April 2nd in Bangok to be “Creative Challenge” and will begin the preparations for the tour in full gear.
Director Paek Chang Ju of JYJ’s management company C-JeS Entertainment revealed: “JYJ members are proceeding with the final steps that heighten the degree of completion such as putting on the finishing touches of their new songs and practicing the choreography, in preparation of their worldwide 9-city World Tour that us now only 10 days away. It is going to be a colossal project, comprised of 23 songs in total.”
In ‘JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011,’ as is known (already), Kim Jaejoong himsekf took on the role of executive director and therefore is becoming a topic of conversation.
Kim Jaejoong, since last month, is himself supervising (everything) from directorial meetings with the staffs on lighting, sound, stage, video/image, to meetings with choreographers, stylists, and props managers and is himself discussing the minutiae of the components of the performance.
He is absorbing himself to the task of making a performance which allows (JYJ) to get even closer to the fans and communicate to them under the concept of “Creative Challenge.”
Kim Jaejoong sent his message of determination: “To those fans who love the music of JYJ, I want to gift them an exhilarating experience lasting for 120 minutes. To express that our World Tour’s run is ever-changing and advancing, we chose this concept. We will put to maximum use the cross-shaped and circular stage which gets even closer to the audience, and give life to the directorial elements for every song, and will so create a performance which one cannot tear one’s eyes away from.”
JYJ will show off 4 new songs as additions to this Word Tour, in addition to every single song contained in the ‘JYJ Music Essay.’ In doing so, the large majority of the tour is to be filled with songs that the members themselves wrote and composed. They plan to show that JYJ is the Asia’s representative performance-oriented artists with the talents of singer-song writers.
Meanwhile, the ‘JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011’ will take place with the Asia Tour that kicks off in Bangkok, Thailand on April 2, and will continue on with (the stops in) the United States and Canada, and will adorn as its magnificent finale in Korea.
