JYJ World Tour Pusan Concert, Sells out 20,000 Seats in 15 Minutes

The Pusan Concert of JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) has sold out within 15 minutes of ticket reserve sale.

The entirety of the 20,000 tickets for the Pusan Concert on June 11 and 12, which is the final stop of the World Tour concert, was sold out within 15 minutes of opening ticket sales at 8pm of the 27^th. The JYJ World Tour Korea Concert tickets were sold through Interpark and all of the tickets for the two concerts that are scheduled to be held at 7pm on June 11 and 12 were sold out instantaneously.

An affiliate of Interpark revealed: “Before opening of the sale inquiries poured forth. After we opened the sales at 8pm, after a delay of connection for about 15 minutes, 20,000 seats were instantaneously sold out. It should only be possible because this is JYJ.”

The JYJ Concert 2011 that began in April in Thailand finished the Asia Tour in China and Taiwan and such, and from last week is proceeding on its North American leg, and is becoming a talk of the town wherever it goes. JYj who finish their American Tour on the 3^rdof next month will come to finish the 2-month run of the World Tour with the Pusan Concert of the 11^th and 12^th. JYJ plans to put their efforts to the Pusan Concert as an occasion to finish up the past 7 concerts.

Director Paek Changjoo of C-JeS Entertainment revealed: We are thankful to the heated attention that you have poured forth for the JYJ World Tour Pusan Concert. With this occasion we felt again the enthusiasm of the countless JYJ fans. We will consider positively the possibility of an additional concert for the fans who are disappointed. Please look forward to a spectacular concert.”

This concert which will be held in Pusan Sajik Indoors Gymnasium is a collaborative stage between Kim Jaejoong who was the executive director of the Asia Tour and Jeri Slaughter who was the executive director of the America Tour. It is gathering expectations to be a well-made performance that combines masterpiece singing ability unique to JYJ and a communicative performance.

[Trans] 110525 JYJ’s Fanclub Draws Attention With Their Satirical Advertisement ‘The Ballads of JYJ’

The advertisement satirizing JYJ’s current situation has become a hot topic.

Titled ‘The Ballads of JYJ’, this front-cover advertisement parodies a Saseolsijo (T/N: a form of a traditional three-stanza Korean poem in which the first two verses are not restricted in length) and creates a satire of the hindrance on JYJ’s freedom to pursue activities by the restrictions on their appearances on music programs.

The Seoul District Courts laid down two verdicts in October, 2009 and in February, 2011 stating that JYJ are granted the freedom to pursue independent activities in the entertainment industry till the end of their lawsuit with SM Entertainment.

However, it is still hard to see JYJ appear on TV and more and more people are beginning to question the reason as to why this is. ‘DNBN’, the fanclub that headed this advertisement’, stated, “We want people to know that JYJ’s independent activities are being blocked for unjust reasons.“

JYJ’s domestic and overseas fans have been showing their passionate affection for JYJ as they continue to support the group through advertisements and petitions.
