[NEWS] Jaejoong, Ji Sung, Lee Dong Wook, Park Yoon Jae – Fashion of the Young Company Director

Jaejoong, Ji Sung, Lee Dong Wook, Park Yoon Jae – Fashion of the Young Company Director
The “young and good looking company director” role has been a trend in dramas these days, and the fashion styles that these actors present are gaining lots of attention. In fact Park Yoon Jae, Lee Dong Wook, Ji Sung and Jaejoong are also known as drama’s F4. If you want to look cool, but need some advice, it’s not a bad idea to watch these drama characters and learn.
Much like his “slick” singer personality, Jaejoong plays Ji Sung’s rival, manly and passionate character Cha Moo Won, director of C Group Team 2 (also on the set of “Protect the Boss”).
As cold as his character, his fashion shows a more restrained and stoic look. (in a good way!)
His staple is also the suit look, wearing various blacks and greys. Although a simple achromatic-color scheme, his signature button loosened collared shirts underneath gives him a sexy and sick look.
Ji Sung portrays a more casual character on the set of SBS’s “Protect the Boss”keen into getting himself into trouble. He plays director of C Group Team 1, Cha Ji Hun, with an innocent but silly and goofy personality shows a different color of fashion among the “directors.” Usually wearing print t shirts under his suit blazer, Ji Sung gives off a free and casual look. Ji Sung also often sports a back pack to mix and match his styles.
Drama “Scent of a Woman’s” Lee Dong Wook plays director of the travel company Line Tour: Kang Ji Wook.
Although this character has a cold side to his personality, in front of the woman he loves, he is affectionate and very romantic. Lee Dong Wook has been seen wearing cotton pants and often knit tops or plaid shirts, giving off a more classic and dandy look. He also likes to show off those sexy collar bones by wearing v neck knits or t-shirts.
On the set of “Iron Will Daughter in Law” (불굴의 며느리) Park Yun Jae, who plays the role of Moon Shin Woo the perfectionist director of Queens Group, wears a luxurious style.
The character has a fine and considerate personality accompanied by a clean cut suit. Park Yoon Jae has consistently sported a slim traditional suit with a clean shirt underneath and a tie. A handkerchief poking out of the suit pocket from time to time accentuates luxury in this style.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have bosses that can pull off these looks as well as these four?

Artist and actor Kim Jaejoong has fallen deeply into the attractiveness of acting.
Kim Jaejoong has recently revealed emotions unique to him on his Twitter: “The thing called acting has quite an odd charm. Singing, dancing, directing, and also composing, writing the lyrics, arranging of the music, and taking photographs too are all too interesting and fun, but the world called acting is also a different, new world.”
Kim Jaejoong who is being called by his nickname of Muwon-God as he plays the role of Cha Muwon in the SBS Wed-Thursday drama Protect the Boss is receiving a great love from the viewers with the unusual conceptualization of the character. In particular, Kim Jaejoong has challenged himself for the first time to the drama scene of Korea with Protect the Boss, but unlike most of the idol-turned-actors, he is showing a natural acting and is being praised.
Such an acting ability of Kim Jaejoong was helped in large part by his experience in Sunao Ni Narenakute, the drama last year from Japan’s Fuji TV. At the time Kim Jaejoong showed off an ability that did not fall behind even when collaborating with the star actors of Japan such as Ueno Juri and Eita. Further, he even captured the 2010 Nikkan Sports Drama Grand Prix for Male Supporting Actor and was thus recognized in his lofty potential as an actor.
At the same time, JYJ of which Kim Jaejoong is a member is looking forward to the release of the Korean-language regular album titled In Heaven.

[Trans] 110823 Japanese Weekly Magazine : “Korean Stars Go To Japan For Money”

The hallyu wave has swept the Asian regions, and in the neighbouring Japan, there are some that are pro-hallyu, and those that are anti-hallyu. The Japanese weekly magazine “Flash” published an article stating that the South Korean stars were simply in Japan for the money, and also revealed the appearance fees of several “big players.”
According to Chosun Ilbo’s report today, Flash Weekly’s latest article pointed out that “It’s not just Fuji TV, but all the Japanese TV stations have become “Korean TV stations.” Korean stars are not coming because of their love for Japan, but for the money.”
The magazine used South Korean girl group Kara as an example, saying that in Korea, where illegal downloading is rampant, it would be a feat just to sell 100,000 copies of an album, but they managed to sell a shocking 500,000 copies in Japan, proving that they were (in Japan) for the money that could not have been earned in their own country.
For male group JYJ, the trio’s total guaranteed revenue is approximately 2 million yen for a performance in Korea, but when in Japan this sum becomes 20 million yen.
Flash Weekly also revealed a chart with the net worth of various South Korean artists.
This chart shows that the artist commanding the highest advertising fee is Jang Guen Suk. Early this year, Jang Geun Suk’s appearance fee was 40 million yen, but as his alcohol advertisements did well, his current value has “risen” to 90 million yen.
Also, the appearance fees for Kara and SNSD were 40 million yen and 30 million yen respectively at the start of the year, but both groups now command 50 million yen.
However, the value for male group TVXQ fell from 60 million yen at the start of the year, but still commands a value of 40 million yen. Male stars Bae Yong Jun and Lee Byun Hun command 50 million yen and above.

Q: Many Vietnamese fans want to know about the friendship between you and the 4D guys: Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and TOP. Jaejoong seems to be the closest to you among the 3?

A: They are truely my good friends in the entertainment industry. If time allows we’ll go drinking and chit chat. However, for the time being, we all have our own plans/schedules (to take care of) hence there’s no chance for us to meet up. I did contact Jaejoong via phone recently. And (nod nod) he is indeed my BFF.
