[NEWS] 120411 JYJ, Overflowing of Fan’s Attentions in Japan

JYJ is gaining unprecedented exposure in Japan through opening their official Japan website on April 9.

JYJ is gaining unprecedented exposure in Japan through opening their official Japan website on April 9.
In lieu of the launch the trio has garnered large attention as even the website servers were down due to the influx of access to the site.
It will be interesting to see how the trio global popularity will fan out in Japan igniting the hearts of their Japanese fans.
The group also is to hold a large scale ‘fan exhibition’ for JYJ’s global fans supervised under C-Jes Entertainment. The agency announced its plans to expand the membership system in Korea to Japanese fans as well.
The group will hold a fan meeting in June as well inviting 15,000 Korean and Japanese people randomly to be selected.
For the lucky Japanese fans that are selected to attend the event, the agency will provide cheap plane ticket and accommodation as a special package. It was announced for Korean and Japanese fans who have membership will attend the event for free.

2011.3.14 Cjes and Zak formally conclude/signed a concert contract. Cjes and Zak agree to split the balance 50/50 after expenses are subtracted from the concert proceeds as their profit. [Cjes is to donate their portion of the profits to charity.]
2011.3.23 Attorney for Avex sends Zak content-certified mail* protesting and warning against holding the concert

2011.3.30 Zak receives notice in Yokohama Arena’s president’s name that they cannot grant permission [for JYJ] to use the Arena

KARA and Kim Jaejoong Prove Popularity in Japan… Rank High in 2011 Hot Topics Ranking
JYJ’s Jaejoong, girl group KARA, and idol TVXQ has ranked high on the category of Enertainerson the 2011 Hot Topic Rankings released in Japan and so proved their popularity.
Japan’s Impress Watch announced rankings in twelve categories, e.g., often-used words among Japanese Twitter sers, hash tags, celebrities and such on the 14th, borrowing from the analysis from Big Robe.
Among these, JYJ’s Jaejoong ranked 2nd in the Celebrities category, following Japan’s popular idol AKB48. When accounting for the fact that AKB48 is receiving a popularity that is close to a syndrome in Japan, Jaejoong’s feat is to the degree of shock/surprise.
Continuing, TVXQ ranked 4th and the girl group KARA ranked 5th.
On April 19th, the day on which Jaejoong was most talked about on Twitter, Jaejoong had appeared in Aiko’s You that I Want to Meet which is a corner in Mezamashi, a morning total entertainment news program of Japan’s Fuji TV. KARA became a hot potato when the problem of the termination of its exclusive contract with management company arose.
