Mr. Yeo’s writing:
The text message that I received

I worried as to whether it would be bad manners to reveal a private conversation.
But I’ve always had the hope that
the sincerity in personal relationships, the courteousness, and sensitiveness
hidden behind his public aura
of this person… no, of this dongsaeng
would be more known by people other than me.

The World of JYJ As Seen Through a Viewfinder?
Photobucket
JYJ, who have stepped into their mid-twenties now. They debuted when young and have basked in splendor but they have cried and laughed at the frustration that met them later on. The three men have now overcame everything and stood up to begin to again thrive.
“We want to share the daily life of JYJ.” Averages 600 persons daily.
The photos that have in them their lives and memories were displayed starting on the 12thin Insa Gallery located in Kwanhundong, Jongroku, Seoul.  In the first level of the basement, the first floor, and the second floor, around 55 photographs were displayed. About 600 viewers visited the gallery daily in order to see JYJ.
In the photograph exhibition, befitting of the title “Mine,” not merely ordinary life but also even cats that are owned could be seen. The photo of Park Yoochun who had a playful smile like a mischievous boy and Kim Junsu who had a zoned-out expression were enough to capture the eyes of the fans. The set of the music video filming which were rendered in black and white was reminiscent of the film sets of the American westerns of the 1960’s. A photograph of the sky with the title of “clarity” seemed to be drawn in watercolor.
When peeking into the photographing skills of JYJ that contains “playing with light”

“We are one,” which is a close-up of hands that have produced rock, paper, and scissors, relays the three’s mind. Other than the photographs which JYJ members themselves took, there are photographs which were taken by the staff at the time of the world tour and Polaroid photos which were left while pulling off the schedule that allows the viewer to take a peek.
The place that had the most viewers was the first level of the basement, the video corner. The edited version of the DVD of the World Tour Concert that was held in November of 2011 in Jamshil Stadium and teaser videos for the new songs In Heaven and Get Outcould be seen.
Seems that the fans can meet the new album within the year.
Prain’s manager Lee Sangmi who is in charge of comprehensive communication of JYJ revleaed to OnMyNews on the 17th: “JYJ is planning to release a Korean-language album within this year.” She revealed that In Heaven and Get Out will be contained in this album. It is a new album in about a year, after their first and worldwide album of The Beginningwhich was released in October of 2010.
Park Yoochun is taking a rest after the end of MBC’s Miss Ripley. Kim Junsu who had performed in the musicals Tears of Heaven and Mozart participated recently in the OST of the SBS weekend drama Scent of a Woman. Lee Sangmi manager added: “As Kim Jaejoong is concentrating on the filming of the SBS Wed-Thursday drama Protect the Boss, wouldn’t the album be released around the drama finishes?”

[Trans] 110801 Why Did C-JeS Decline An Appearance On A ‘JYJ Special Program’?

‘Lee Giho’s Police Cop’ of the internet broadcasting program Radio21, which became a hot topic for giving birth to the new word ‘SoTamJaeShil(To desire Girls’ Generation and lose JYJ in the process)’, has been receiving great support from its listeners.
Last weekend, Enterpost met with a representative of the program to listen to the interesting behind-the-scenes stories. Apparently, the special program was not on the schedule; it was made and added to the schedule in a rush when Reporter Lee Giho, who has been keeping an eye on the JYJ issue, proposed its creation after coming to the conclusion that ‘Unjust forces have been applied on this issue’ when KBS suddenly cancelled JYJ’s appearance on the ‘Jeju’s 7 Natural Wonders of the World nomination commemoration program’.
As if it were taking its aim at KBS’s special program, the radio show took place for two hours from 4pm. It was scheduled so for strategic purposes, pacifying the anger of JYJ’s fans, who would have otherwise had to watch as girl groups with hot pants stood on the stage that their singers deserved to stand on.
There were some interesting behind-the-scenes stories regarding the casting of the participants. The first guest the program’s representatives attempted to reach was of course, ‘a JYJ representative’. This is because they were the victims most affected by KBS’ ‘brutality’.
When the program’s representative contacted C-JeS Entertainment, which acts as JYJ’s management agency, C-JeS expressed that it didn’t wish to appear on the program. They explained that though they agreed with the object of the program, there was a chance that their appearance on the program to reveal their stance may become an emotional battle. C-JeS turned down the offer and said, “We are cautious about appearing on the program as our actions may be interpreted as a ‘counterattack’. If we were to take action in such a way, what would make us so different from them(It’s easy for anyone to guess who ‘them’ are^^-editor)?”
And their final words moved the program’s representative greatly. “Though JYJ were not able to appear on KBS’ special program, they are still honorary ambassadors of Jeju’s 7 Natural Wonders of the World nomination. JYJ will continue to work hard to promote Jeju’s 7 Natural Wonders of the World nomination.”
Though a guest appearance by a representative of C-JeS didn’t occur, Radio21 was able to see their sincerity and instead met with Department Head Lee Jae Eun from Prain, the PR company of JYJ.
But even Lee Jae Eun confessed that she was experiencing a great amount of pressure from her appearance on the program. Though it was an interview that was conducted over the phone, the fact that the conversation was broadcasted live must have been pressure beyond one’s imagination. However, regardless of this pressure,Lee Jae Eun decided to appear on the program with the responsibility to correctly state the facts and process beneath the surface of the the issue for the listeners. She revealed many facts about the issue that had not been known before.
Though she was extremely busy, having stayed up the night before to monitor the last episode of Park Yoochun’s drama ‘Miss Ripley’ and to put the finishing touches on her work, Department Head Lee did her best to present the needed information and facts in a concise way.
The end product was a program that uncovered the hidden stories of a raging controversy that received an explosive response from netizens and fans alike. The public, not only fans of JYJ, was able to know the correct information behind the current issue that surrounds JYJ.
Meanwhile, C-JeS Entertainment has already reported KBS Jeju to the Fair Trade Commission for JYJ’s performance cancellation. But regardless of the outcome, KBS’ rash decision has lost the broadcasting company its moral image and trust. Will KBS ever be able to salvage its demolished image?

[Trans] 110729 JYJ’s Representative States, “KBS’s Explanation Did Not Answer Our Questions At All”

A representative of Prain, the company in charge of JYJ’s PR, made a statement regarding KBS’s explanation as to why JYJ’s appearance on a KBS program was cancelled.
This representative stated, “KBS’s explanation did not answer a single question that JYJ’s representatives made,” and “What JYJ’s representatives called for was the reason why JYJ’s appearance was suddenly cancelled.” He continued to add, “We believe that JYJ, who were already promoting the cause as honorary ambassadors, could have appeared on the program as planned, regardless of Girls’ Generation and f(x)’s appearances. Other honorary ambassadors who were promised an appearance performed as planned, so we do not know why only JYJ were given a notification of cancellation.
JYJ were scheduled to appear on the KBS special program ‘Challenge! 7 Natural Wonders of the World, This is Jeju’ as honorary ambassadors to the island’s nomination but were given a notification of cancellation by KBS four days before the performance. To this, JYJ’s representatives stated in an official statement that, “We have reported this case to the Fair Trade Commission and will carry out a lawsuit against the obstructions made against JYJ’s independent activities.”
On the 28th, KBS stated in their viewers’ thread that, “We received a call of confirmation from Girls’ Generation and f(x), who were on our list of celebrities to cast in the performance, saying that they would be able to perform,” and “As Girls’ Generation and f(x) have already spread out globally, even to Europe, we decided that their appearance would be more effective in promoting Jeju, which is in the running to be one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, to the world(broadcasting live to 72 countries through KBS World).”
The Prain representative stated, “We do not wish to cause a conflict with KBS because of this issue,” and “However, we will wait for the verdict from the Fair Trade Commission regarding this issue and we hope that such illogical events will not occur again in the future.”

[NEWS] Director Lee (Prain)’s interview on Radio 21 – KBS Jeju had promised not to cancel, JYJ’s thoughts on fans & their plans for rest of 2011

The following is an excerpt from a news article based on Radio 21′s special on JYJ, which aired yesterday. Director Lee JaeEun of Prain (JYJ’s publicist) gave an interview during the radio program and here’s what she said:
*****
JYJ rep, “KBS had said that ‘there was absolutely no external pressure…’” Director Lee JaeEun, “already reported to Fair Trade Commission, album late this year, and preparing for tour.”
Prain’s Director Lee JaeEun, who in charge of JYJ’s overall communication, gave an interview after reporter Kim and expressed her frustration that “what she can understand the least is the basic purpose of this [Jeju] broadcast.”
“When we received an offer to appear [on the program], I specifically told KBS Jeju that ‘because there are times when [the network] is pressured externally [to cancel on the artist], in order to protect the artist, I will not make a decision unless [JYJ's] appearance on the program is a sure thing.’ [In response], KBS Jeju replied that ‘such a thing would never happen’ and that ‘this broadcast is a special program to promote Jeju, and since JYJ is its honorary ambassador, why would we have problems?’ But despite such a promise, we received a one-sided cancellation notice 4 days before the concert, after we had already received cue sheets.“
Director Lee received attention by revealing that they had already reported this incident to the Fair Trade Commission and received an official document registering the report. Director Lee stated, “the investigator in charge told us that there was more than enough proof” and emphasized, “the problem is that this incident isn’t the first, but currently such situations are occurring repeatedly. Although the courts have made the decision that we should receive compensation when the ex-management company unfairly interferes with [JYJ's activities], unexplainable incidents continue to occur over and over again.”
Furthermore, Director Lee stated, “every time such unjust situations occur, no matter how small or how big, C-JeS entertainment has filed complaints and lawsuits. All will become evidence in the original lawsuit. On this matter, we have taken all action that we could, and from now on we will concentrate our efforts in quickening the ruling in the original lawsuit.” However, Director Lee did draw a line by stating, “this isn’t about raising questions on the position of honorary ambassador or the island of Jeju.”
Currently, JYJ is planning the release of a new album and the start of another world tour during the later half of this year. Director Lee stated, “because [JYJ] is such a worldwide group, the scale is enormous and we’re looking at the entire second half of the year to plan [their new schedules]. Because it hasn’t been long since the world tour ended, we were thinking of taking a breather, but because [JYJ] is being sought-after greatly within not only Korea, but also North America and Europe, we decided to go right into preparing.” [JYJ] is also preparing their second Worldwide album as well.
When asked how JYJ members were doing, Director Lee replied, “the members are more brave than anyone else. They are making good progress in their planned path. However, they are very worried about their fans, who are forced to go through such injustices because they are JYJ fans. They are trying to stay resolute for their fans.”
“The feelings JYJ have for their fans are special. Furthermore, they have great pride for their fans. When I see them use the phrase, ‘well, our fans are…’ after each sentence, I get the thought that they’ve become firmer and closer together by experiencing difficult situations. I am so thankful that there are fans who love JYJ’s music and their dream, and I hope you don’t become too upset because of this recent matter.”
Lastly, Director Lee asked for the support of the Korean public stating, “during this recent matter, not only fans, but the general public including the people on Jeju Island gave us their support. In fact, there’s a side of thankfulness because this incident helped spread the news that JYJ is fighting against injustice. Because this incident is unrelated to the task of publicizing Jeju, JYJ will continue to do their best in promoting Korea’s excellence and Jeju’s beauty to the rest of the world as world stars.”
