[NEWS] Awkward Rank for Micky Yuchun in Modern Era


In the episode 6 of SBS’ Rooftop Prince broadcast on April 5th, 2012, the scene of Park Ha (Han Ji Min) arranges the ranking for the foursome Joseon Dynasty handsome men in the coffee shop is provoking laughter.
Park Ha tells Do Chi San (Choi Woo Shik) not to call Lee Gak as Your Majesty, as in modern society, most people calls brother (oppa) or senior. If the person is same-age peer, then can call name directly. Then the Joseon Dynasty foursome gang announces their age individually.
After learned of the age of everybody, Park Ha said, “Then I’m your sister now!” At this time, the crown prince’s expression instantly turns stiff.

[NEWS] “The Rooftop Prince” The trio talks down to Yoochun


Do Chi-san (Choi Woo-sik) and Song Man-bo (Lee Min-ho-I) completely adjusted to modern society and learned how to speak down to Lee Gak (Micky Yoochun).

On the sixth episode of SBS drama “The Rooftop Prince“, aired on the 5th of April, Lee Gak, Song Man-bo, Do Chi-san and Woo Yong-sul (Jeong Seok-won) entered the Home & Shopping company as new recruits.
Director Pyo Taek-soo (Lee Moon-sik) had dinner and drinks with them. Bang Soo-bong (Kim Dae-hee) joined them later and suggested they play a game. They didn’t know what game it was, but once they learned, they were on a roll.
Song Man-bo and Do Chi-san’s jokes with Lee Gak continued. Do Chi-san pointed out “You’re smiling at me?” and Song Man-bo made a vegetable wrap and said, “Stop it, he’s getting angry. Are you angry? Eat this, there you go like a good boy”.
Not being able to play the game, Woo Yong-sul ran outside but came back in a bit and stammered, “You’re so young and you have great parents…”
When the game was over, Lee Gak got angry at them for what they said and the three of them begged for mercy.

[TRANS] ‘Rooftop Prince’ Park Yoochun Foursome Gang’s New Hairstyle and Formal Wear‏

The four pretty boys in SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Rooftop Prince’ have decided to cut their hair short.

Crown Prince Lee Gak who time-travelled 300 years decides to cut his hair short in order to adapt to modern Seoul’s lifestyle.The trio who understood the importance of ‘body, hair and skin were gifts from parents’ and insisted on ‘definite impossibility to cut hair’, but the crown prince has made his decision. Other than the traditional hanbok, all they have bee wearing are the old-fashioned training suits. Thus the four decides to don black suits along with their new handsome short hairstyles.

The four stirred a wave of compliments during the filming. The filming staffs exclaimed, “The four of them looked like The Beatles in their prime,”, “Though we know that they are good-looking but we didn’t expect them to be such handsome.”

[NEWS] 120202 Park Yoochun – Lee Min Ho – Jung Suk Won – Choi Woo Shik, The Birth Of Joseon’s F4?‏

In the upcoming new Wednesday-Thursday SBS drama premiering in March, ‘Rooftop Prince’, the flower boys F4 of Joseon Dynasty makes its appearance.
Leading by the royal prince Lee Gak (Park Yoochun), together with prodigy yet picky Song Man Bo (Lee Min Ho), forerunner of herbivore men court official Do Ji Sun (Choi Woo Shik), and innocent manly Yu Yong Su (Jung Suk Won). Other than that, there is Lee Tae Sung who acted as the playboy in the 21st century Yu Ho Jun. Thus the variety of flower boys appeared.
Ever since KBS’s ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ till the currently airing popular ‘The Moon That Embraces The Sun’, the appearance of flower boys in the beginning half of the drama has led to success. Therefore ‘Rooftop Prince’ gained huge anticipation too. ‘Rooftop Prince’ relates the story of a Joseon prince who lost his princess and thus brought along his group of henchmen to the 21st century Seoul, meeting a lady who looks exactly the same as his princess and the love story develops from there.
Acting against Park Yoochun as the down-to-earth refreshingly pretty Park Ha will be Han Ji Min. The other pretty and clever however plotting against Park Ha will be Joo Se Na (Jung Yoo Mi). The actors had their 1st script reading session on the 31st last month.
